So, what a flurry of stuff has just happened.
Last night I was called to an alarm at 11:15pm.
Then our daughter phoned at 2:20am to say the baby is coming.
Mother is home, doing well, but now we have to arrange nursing care since we will head for the baby.
My brother is still recovering well at home from his heart attack.
Then about 8:30am we got word the baby has arrived and all is well.
Now packed, we head for the delivery house!
Busy, busy, maybe even busy.
But today is one of those days when God blesses us with so many good things. So now “Hallelujah” streams out of my heart and soul. These great moments of excitement and blessing serve as a wonderful oasis from other times when life rises above us and holds us down.
As Andrae Crouch wrote:
Through it all,
through it all,
I’ve learned to trust in Jesus,
I’ve learned to trust in God.
Through it all,
through it all,
I’ve learned to depend upon His Word.

Congratulations to you, too; we hadn’t heard your good news yet! God is gracious to allow us to see our children do well, and get “youthified” by grandchildren.

Thanks for your congrats. Actually, this is number 6. How can that be when we are so “young” (at heart, anyway!)
