I need a favour from my blogging friends.Since this relates to my work I cannot be specific. But tonight a monumental disaster happened. I have to admit it happened because of my carelessness, but that doesn’t change what a problem it is.
So I am asking my friends a favour, that if you would be willing to ask a favour from God on my behalf, that a very important set of documents would be returned to me.
It just shows again that we can never let down our guard, always should be alert.
I thank you, because the solution is beyond human resolution.

Thank you. It appears a happy resolution will not happen. Life happens…

Thank you. When all we can do is pray we learn all we can do is rest in Jesus.

Father, You are great at bringing light into darkness. Although the situation seems hopeless, our continued prayer is that You would so convict the person who took these docs that they would not have a moment’s peace until they give back what was stolen.
In the meantime, Lord, I ask that You would be a shield for my brother, and that any consequences would be minimal.
Above all, we want to see You exalted in this matter.
Thanks, Abba. In Jesus’ name, Amen!

I can heartily agree, and pray God’s touch upon you for the glory of our Saviour. I keep reminding myself that we have forever, but the devil is on borrowed time!

That’s tough, Dave. I’m also going through a situation that does not look “good.” I pray God will overwhelm us both with His grace, and we would grow in Him and bear much fruit. God bless!

Father, I lift up our brother David, who I have never met face to face, yet I know I will meet him in your Kingdom one day, as his love for You is undeniable. I join this petition, for You to work a miracle in this situation. I have seen You working such sorts of miracles in my own family’s life Father. I have SEEN with my own eyes, that You DO care about your children, not just in the “big” things, but down to the smallest things and everything in between. You allow us to experience difficulty, and to make mistakes, but You do not wish to hold them against us either. Father, I pray that you bring about a resolution to this matter, which shows to David that it was undeniably Your hand that accomplished it, and that all of this would serve to draw him even closer to You, and that it speak as a testimony to anyone else involved in this as well… In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord I pray.

Just saw your post this morning. Praying that you are able to retrieve these documents and you are able to breathe a huge sigh of relief with very short order.
